I agree to remain on the cycle routes and the locality designated by the Friends of Margam Park.

I agree to use the cycle in a responsible manner and take care of the cycle.

I agree to contact the Friends immediately should any fault in the equipment come to light. I will not try to rectify the fault myself.

I agree not to take anything owned by the Friends of Margam Park out of the Park.

I agree not to let anyone else other than myself use the cycle or property.

I agree not to carry any additional person on the cycle etc. above its limit.

I agree to return the cycles etc. to the cycle centre within the stated time scales.

I agree not to use the cycle etc. whilst under the influence of drink, drugs or medication which would impair my safe use of the cycle.

I am aware a deposit of ten pounds (£10-00) per bike is payable on collection.

BY PASSING ON TO THE CYCLE BOOKING FORM YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS
